ROGERSVILLE - Addie C. Price, 77, departed this life for her heavenly home Monday (June 5, 2006), at Rogersville Care and Rehab Center. Addie was saved at an early age. She retired from Parks Belk Company after 18 years service. She loved to cook and share her treats with friends and family. She loved gardening and caring for her flowers. Addie was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and especially loving great grandmother. Addie was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Odell Price; parents, Dudley and Katie Carter; brothers, Abe, Herbert, Onzie Carter; sisters, Grace Johnson, Sue Robinette, and Beatrice Jones. She is survived by daughters and sons-in-law, Sharon and Jack Seal, of Rogersville, and Dianne and David Hall, of Sevierville; grandchildren, Bryan and Jennifer Seal, and Kim and Kevin Cassidy, of Rogersville, Matthew Hall, and Callie Hall, of Sevierville; great grandsons, Joshua Cassidy, Landon Justice, and Andrew Justice; brothers, Thomas Carter and wife, Jean, of Morristown, and Carson Carter and wife, JoAnne, of Kingsport; sisters, Salley Shively and husband, Jimmy, Theda Price, of Kingsport, and Ella Jones, of Florida; sisters-in-law, Evelena (M.C.) Rogers, of Surgoinsville, and Deloris Collins, of Kingsport; a host of friends, nieces, and nephews. The family wishes to give a special thanks to Rogersville Care and Rehab Center, CNA'S, RN's, Dr. Jose Velasco, Hawkins County EMS and Hospice for the excellent care provided to their mother. Graveside services day at Highland Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Judes Childrens Hospital.
