AS WRITTEN BY HER DAUGHTER, PHYLLIS
My loving mother Anna Marie Wills. She reached a milestone of 95 years before passing into the arms of Jesus. Born in Cool Ridge, West Virginia to Bryan Oswald Green and Pearl Stanley Green. She was a dedicated wife, mother, and teacher. She was married to Clarence W Hatcher for 34 years and widowed. She later married Norman Wills and was widowed after 20 years. She then moved to Tuscaloosa, AL in 2003 where she made many friends . Her life was complete by serving and helping others. She will be missed terribly by her daughters, granddaughter, grandson, great grandchildren, and Mr. Bill Spear along with many other friends and family. She was our "elder" the one we looked up to for advice and consolation. After teaching 34 years in Raleigh County Schools she still kept in contact with former students. Her love of children and teaching were her passion.
We will pass on her life lessons to future generations and remember her loving kindness.
