Curtis was affiliated with the Supportive Living Services and previously was affiliated with the Dr. Gertrude A. Barber Workshop Program and also the Barber National Institute Retirement Center. He was a member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church, participated in the Special Olympics Bowling program.
He was preceded in death by a brother Arnold Richards and two sisters, Leona Gordon and Margaret Ann Richards.
Survivors include a sister, Dolores Carr of Girard; two brothers, Harry and James Richards; a number of nieces and nephews and his family and friends at the Supportive Living Services also survive.
Burial will be in Erie Co. Memorial Gardens.
