Lisa Marie Calvert Sims 56 of San Antonio, TX formerly of Las Cruces died Tuesday July 9, 2013. She was born December 22, 1956 to Charles and Georgia Ann Calvert in Melbourne, FL. Lisa enjoyed making jewelry, poetry, playing games on the computer, was a licensed cosmetologist instructor but what warmed her heart the most was the smiles of her grandchildren. She is survived by her daughter, Tara Bobadilla; son-in-law Mike Bobadilla of Las Cruces, NM; her father, Charles R. Calvert (Joy); and 5 grandchildren Zoe, CJ, Destiny, Miabella and Emmett. Also surviving her is her brother Allen Pierce of Las Cruces and 3 sisters Katherine Horrell (Johnny) Georgia Roberts (Craig) and Connie Reider (Robert) all of San Antonio, TX

A Prayer Vigil is scheduled for Monday, July 22, 2013 10:00AM with the Funeral Liturgy to follow at 10:30AM at Holy Cross Catholic Church. Inurnment of cremains to follow at St. Francis Columbarium.
