Velma had two children with Reuben Fuller, her first husband. They were Reuben, Jr. and Jerry Lee Fuller.
She and Harry Wade, her second husband did not have any children together, but Harry had 4 children with his first wife.

Obituary:
Velma C. Wade, 90, of Mt. Carmel died on Sept. 11, 2004, at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville.
She was born on Dec. 19, 1913, in Morganfield, Ky., the daughter of Charles and Gladys (Odom) Penrod. She married Reuben Fuller Sr., who preceded her in death on March 27, 1966. She later married Harry Wade on Dec. 31, 1969, in Mt. Carmel. He preceded her in death on Feb. 6, 1995.
Mrs. Wade was a member and former Sunday School teacher at Heartland Worship Center in Mt. Carmel. She was active in a nursing home ministry and served 11 years in missionary work. She worked at Spring Factory and RCA in Indianapolis, and later worked at Thordarson-Meissner in Mt. Carmel for more than 12 years.
Surviving are two sons, Reuben (Runa) Fuller of Lizton, Ind., and Jerry Lee (Diana) of Roanoke, Va.; step-son, Harry Wade of Beach Grove, Ind.; step-daughters, Sandra Bentley of Mooresville, Ind., and Ruth Vidrich and Nancy Lattimore of Indianapolis; seven grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren; and several great-great-grandchildren.
Preceding her in death were her parents; both husbands; three sisters, Ruby Dodge, Alberta Kern and Mable Madden; and eight brothers, Robert, Edward, John C., Hubert, Elmer, Rayburn, Charles and Steve Penrod.
Services will be at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 15, in the chapel at Short Funeral Home, with burial in Highland Memorial Cemetery.
Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to Heartland Worship Center in Mt. Carmel.
