William Nitchkey.

William Nitchkey, one of West Easton's oldest residents, succumbed shortly after 8 o'clock this morning to a complication of ailments, in his 81st year. He had lived here for about 60 years, coming to this country from Germany. For the past forty years he was employed as watchman at West Easton by the Central Railroad company.

Deceased is survived by his wife, three sons and three daughters, as follows: August, Charles and Martin Nitchkey, all of West Easton; Mrs. Sallie Bango, of Wilson Township; and Mrs. Rebecca Gallo and Mrs. Millie Springer, both of West Easton. Fifteen grandchildren and five great grandchildren also survive.

The funeral will be held on Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock, from the late residence, 104 Front street, followed by interment at Hay's Cemetery.
