Frank was the son of Michael J and Catherine (nee Carney) Sweeney, both of Ireland. He was a single man, employed as a car inspector for the Pennsylvania Railroad. He resided at 960 Wheelock Road.
He was found dead in his car at Canal Road and Tinkers Creek in Valley View Ohio. Cause, unknown natural causes.
