NEAL, GARY WAYNE Gary Wayne Neal age 57 of Adamsville, passed away Saturday June 16, 2012 at 2:15 pm surrounded by family and friends. He was a lifelong resident of Adamsville, AL, and a member of Midway Methodist Church in Adamsville. He was preceded in death by his parents, J. L. Neal and Violet Hayes Neal. Survivors include his wife Debbie Neal of Adamsville; daughter, Amber Hulsey and husband David; two beloved granddaughters, Gracie and Aubrey Hulsey; his brother, Larry Neal and his sister in law, Abby; three nieces, Christy Purvis, Missy Gurley and Kimberly McAlpine; three great nieces and three great nephews; The family would like to thank Dr. Dubay, the liver/kidney transplant team at UAB and Comfort Care Hospice for all the care and kindness over the last year. Thank you to all our family and friends who have lifted us up in their prayers during his time of illness. Funeral services will be Tuesday June 19, 2012 at 1:00 pm in the New Horizon Memorial Chapel. Friend and Pastor Brother Jerry Hooper will officiate. Burial will follow in Midway Cemetery in Adamsville. Visitation is Monday night 5:30-8 pm at the funeral home.
