YEAR'S ILLNESS ENDS IN DEATH
The death of Mrs. W.J. Milligan of 39 St. Mary street, occurred Sunday morning at 12:10 o'clock after a prolonged illness of a years' duration. She was born April 18, 1878 in North Buena Vista, Ia., and on Sept. 21, 1898 she was joined in marriage to W.J. Milligan, who, with two daughters, and one son, survive her. Her daughters are Laura and Birdeva and they with the son, William, are all residents of Dubuque. Her mother Mrs. Mary Berkley also resides here as do two brothers John and Joe Berkley and there sisters, Mrs. Dan McPoland, Mrs. Ralph Gatton and Mrs. Olive Van Valkenberg. One brother, LeRoy Berkley resides in Philadelphia, Pa.
The funeral services will be held Tuesday morning from the residence 39 St. Mary street to the Cathedral at 9 o'clock. Interment will be made in Mt. Calvary cemetery.
