Mrs. Johnson was a member of the Start Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jesse Miles Johnson; her parents, Floyd and Addie Nolan Armstrong; two daughters, Alice Mae Johnson Leonard and Minnie Johnson Conley Crocker; two grandsons, Arnold Wayne Bruce and Leonard Charles Conley; three sisters, Zeola Armstrong, Rosie Sims and Nettie Armstrong; and a brother, Millard Armstrong.
She was survived by six daughters, Addie Brown and Dollie Hestand, both of Rayville, Mary McCulley of Crystal, FL, Rosie Del Rio and Sybil Miles, both of Start and Velma McFarland of Marshall, TX; three sons, Jessie Johnson of Rutledge, TN, James Robert Johnson of Start, and Jack Johnson of Haughton; 31 grandchildren; 43 great-grandchildren and 9 great-great-grandchildren.
