Allen Bills, 76, of Wichita Falls, died on Monday, August 5, 2013.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, August 9, 2013, in the chapel of Owens & Brumley Funeral Home with Rev. Charlotte Arnold officiating. Interment will follow at Highland Cemetery Pavilion in Iowa Park. Arrangements are under the direction of Owens & Brumley Funeral Home of Wichita Falls.
A son of the late Mary Elizabeth (Adams) and Lester Marvin Bills, Allen was born on April 27, 1937, in Wichita Falls. He worked as a carpenter. Allen was a long time member of Collectors Car Club and Christian Motorcycle Association. He loved restoring classic cars and spending time on the lake.
Allen was also preceded in death by a brother, Buddy Bills and a granddaughter, Heidi.
He is survived by his wife, Jackie Bills of Wichita Falls; daughters, Alynda Diane Fender and husband, Rick of Mount Pleasant, TX, Candy Sue Turlington and husband, Andy of Wichita Falls; son, Laron Allen Bills and wife, Barbie of Black Hawk, CO; step-sons, Jason Rice and wife, Jamie of Archer City, Shawn Rice and wife, Jenifer of Boliver, MO and Jeremy Rice and wife, Rebekah of Wichita Falls; brothers, Terry Bills of North Lake, TX and Arlan Bills of Lamarque, TX; 5 grandchildren; 9 step-grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 7:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 8, 2013, at the funeral home.
