Mr. Hubbard was a member of Rayville United Methodist Church and The Something More Sunday School Class. He was a 1939 graduate of Rayville High School and a 1943 graduate of LSU. He was a WWII veteran and a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy. He was a member of the Rayville Kiwanis Club and of the ASCS Committee.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lewis Henry Hubbard, Sr. and Myrtle Scott Hubbard.
He was survived by his wife, Doris H. Hubbard of Rayville; son, Lewis H. Hubbard, III and his wife, Laura of Rayville; brother, William H. Hubbard of Rayville; and 2 grandchildren.
