DYERSVILLE, Iowa -- Edward H. Kruse, 62, of Dyersville, died Sunday at Veterans Hospital, Iowa City, Iowa.
Services will be at 1 pm Wednesday at the Basilica of St. Francis Xavier here. Burial will be in the church cemetery, where military honors will be accorded by the American Legion Post 137. Friends may call at the Kramer Funeral Home here, where the Scripture Wake Service will be held at 8 pm Tuesday.
Surviving are his wife, the former Rita Gerken; two daughters, Mrs. Ray (Kay Lynne) Budnicki of Bay Head, N.J., and Mrs. Roland (Ann) Edwards of South Dartmouth, Mass.; two sons, Bill of Moline, Ill., and David of Iowa City; three grandchildren and four sisters, Mrs. Leander (Irene) Bruggemann, Mrs. Arnold (Dorothy) Klostermann and Mrs. Clarence (Charlotte) Bildstein, all of Petersburg, Iowa, and Mrs. Alfred (Evelyn) Koopmann of New Vienna, Iowa.
