Mr. Harvey Jr. Carter, age 60, was born to the late Harvey Carter Sr. and Odessa Moore Carter on October 29, 1952. departed this life on August 5, 2013 at St. Joseph's Mercy Hospital in Hot Springs.

Harvey worked at Baroid National Lead for 10 years and worked in the kitchen at Camp Couchdale. He was a member of East Moline Church of Christ.

Other than his parents, he is preceded in death by three sisters, Christine Mitchell, Glady Biggs and Lourine Carter; brother, Grady Carter and granddaughter, Jazmine A. Carter.

Left to mourn his passing, his loving wife of 18 years, Mary Ann Carter;

three sons, Tyrone Carter (Diana) of Willoughby Hills, Ohio, Eric Carter (friend, Shayna) of Malvern and Micheal Carter (Lisa) of Marion, Arkansas;

three daughters, Tiffany Carter of Malvern, Shannon Carter of Malvern and Nigeria Carter of Glendale, Arizona;

three sisters, Lacesene Lanier (Josephus) of Cleveland, Ohio, Jacklyn Stanley (Larry) of Detroit, Michigan and Teresa Steward (Joseph);

eleven grandchildren; one-great grandchild and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

A Celebration of Life Service will be at Regency Funeral Home with Brother Louis Smith, Sr. officiating.
Burial will be at Rockport Memorial Gardens.

Arrangements are by Regency Funeral Home, Malvern, AR.
