Dirk (D.J.) Joseph Hall Jr. passed away at work on July 30, 2013 at the age of 35.
Dirk is predeceased by his father Dirk Hall Sr., and grandparents Delbert James Hall and Lena Bell Knicely-Hall.
Dirk is lovingly remembered by his mother Denise Lewis-Hall of Diana, WV; his sister Deni Hall-Miller, brother-in-law Matthew Miller, niece Brittany Miller, nephews Colton, Jacob and Kyle Miller of Montgomery, TX; grandparents Monford Lewis and Verdena Barney-Lewis of Mesa, AZ.
Dirk was born in San Antonio, TX on October 6, 1977. He attended Mountain View High School in Mesa, AZ.
He worked as a heavy equipment mechanic and operator. Dirk enjoyed many hobbies including: private pilot, RC hobbyist, talented brew maker & distiller, auto mechanics, hunting & fishing, and most recently master scuba diver.
The visitation will be held at Meldrum Mortuary, 52 N. MacDonald St. Mesa, AZ on Thursday Aug. 8, 6-8pm. The funeral service will be held at The Mesa LDS 20th Ward Bldg. 848 N. Westwood, Mesa, AZ on Aug. 9th at 10am with Burial to follow at Mesa Cemetery.
