Loving daughter, niece and cousin passed away Monday, August 5, 2013 at Gentiva Hospice in Flint, Michigan. Age 35 years. Daughter of Bethany (Nalewick) Hazard and the late David Cherry. Jennifer was born October 1, 1977 in Saginaw, Michigan. She was a waitress at Zehnder's Restaurant for several years. Jennifer was a member of the Eagles Club in Carrollton. She enjoyed reading, dancing, music, nature, sitting by campfires and especially spending time with her family and friends. Jennifer's friends and family meant the world to her.
Surviving besides her mother Bethany are her grandparents, John and Margaret Landeryou , Saginaw; Casey Cherry, Burt ; her aunts, Amy Bedford, Oshkosh, Wisconsin; Julie Nalewick, Swartz Creek; Kasia Nalewick, Florida; Johanna and Gregory Heeren, Virginia; her uncles, Jim and Linda Nalewick, Whitehall, Michigan; Richard and Kay Cherry, Bay City; Paul Cherry, West Branch; and beloved cousins.
Honoring Jennifer's wishes cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will take place 1:00 p.m. Friday, August 9, 2013 at The Snow Funeral Home, 3775 N. Center Rd. (between Shattuck and McCarty). Rev. Laura Lee Strawser will officiate. Friends may call at the funeral home where the family will be present on Friday from 11:00 a.m. until time of service. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to Michigan Avenue Baptist Church, 203 S. Michigan, Saginaw.
