Mr. Clifton Stone, 86, of Henderson, passed away peacefully Friday, May 19, 2023 at his residence with loving family at his side. He was born Jan. 23, 1937 in Laneville to the late James Robert and Nora Bell (Lunsford) Stone, and graduated from Beckville High School. He retired from Power Distribution and Control Systems after nearly 30 years of service. He served as a maintenance trainee in Electrical & Instrument Maintenance before being named a general maintenance mechanic in 1977. He was named a control systems mechanic in 1995, serving in that position at the time of his retirement.
In his spare time Clifton loved to fish with his wife Annetta. They were happily married for over 66 years.
