On Aug. 12, 1940 in Royal Center, she married Gilbert W. Dennis. He preceded her in death on Oct. 20, 1994.
Anna was a member of the First Christian Church in Winamac.
She enjoyed gardening, flowers and playing bingo at the senior center.
Survivors include two daughters: Kaye (E. Allen) Olson of Winamac and Sharon Criswell of Winamac; a daughter-in-law, Pamela Dennis of Winamac; nine grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and three brothers: Paul Kochel of Logansport, Sam Kochel of Winamac and Audley Kochel of Winamac.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Gilbert W. Dennis, a daughter, Carol Hayes; a son Thomas G. Dennis; a son-in-law, David Criswell; her parents, Harry and Pearl DeWitt Kochel; a sister, Betty Henderson; and three brothers; Jack Kochel, Bob Kochel and Jim Kochel.
Funeral services were Sunday, Jan. 13 at Frain Mortuary in Winamac, David Broad officiating. Burial in the Winamac Cemetery.
