Ralph J. Rasmussen, age 81, former Kewaunee resident, entered into eternal life on Saturday, August 3, 2013 at the Manor Care-West Nursing Facility in Green Bay. Ralph was born June 6, 1932 in Two Rivers to the late Charles and Mary Krizek Rasmussen. He was a graduate of the Mishicot High School. Ralph married the former Ruth Hoerres May 22, 1965 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Two Rivers, and she preceded him in death March 11, 2007. Ralph farmed in the Kewaunee area for many years and also worked for the Mirro Corporation. He is survived by one daughter and son-in-law: Jacqueline and Dan Wauters, of Kewaunee, one son and daughter-in-law: Brian and Deirdre Rasmussen, of Green Bay, one grandaughter: Audrey Rasmussen, three brothers: Robert (Helen) Rasmussen, of Denmark, Charles (Judy) Rasmussen, of Manitowoc, Richard Rasmussen, of Pembine, five sisters: Violet Weinberger, of Sheboygan, Jeanette (Jerome) Kornik, of Two Rivers, Jean (Harold) Kabot, of Oshkosh, Darlene Eisenmann, of Mishicot, Kathleen (Frank) Pietroske, of Two Rivers, nieces, and nephews. In addition to his parents and his wife, he was also preceded in death by one brother: James Rasmussen. burial in St. Isidore the Farmer Parish Cemetery, in Tisch Mills.
