Peter A. Slay, age 75 years, died of lung cancer at his Metairie, LA residence on Wednesday, May 12, 2004 at 11:40 AM. A native of Pritchard, Alabama, Mr. Slay was a New Orleans resident for 50 years. He was well known as a Magazine Street antique dealer in New Orleans and in Natchez, MS and was the former co-owner of Corinne Dunbar's Restaurant. Mr. Slay is survived by his longtime companion, a brother and sister-in-law and a sister-in-law. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Memorial Service from Unity Temple, 3722 St. Charles Ave., on Saturday, May 22, 2004 at 11:00 AM, with Dr. Ruth M. Elmer officiating. Interment will be private.

In lieu of the usual remembrances, memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society, 2200 Veterans Blvd., Ste. 214, Kenner, LA 70062 are preferred.
