Vicki Evans Elrod, 60, departed this life on Saturday, Aug. 3, 2013. Service: 10 a.m. Tuesday at Richland Hills United Methodist Church with interment to follow in Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Monday in Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Chapel. Vicki was born July 16, 1953, in Little Rock, Ark., the daughter of Douglas Evans and Alma Hamm Evans. Her parents preceded her in death. Survivors: Husband, Jack; sons, Joshua Kyle Elrod and Sgt. Justin Evan Elrod (Erica); brother, Doug Evans (Yvonne); niece, Andrea; nephew, Doug; and a host of other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
