Born in Columbus County, NC he was the son of the late Sanky Bullard and Derotha Garrell Harrelson. He is survived by his wife Deanna Nobles Bullard of Kingsport, TN one son Bryan Bullard of Whiteville, NC. One brother, Arthur Harrelson of Shallotte, NC and his stepmother Ellen Flores of Bladenboro, NC.
Visitation will be held Monday from 6:00pm until 8:00pm in the Inman Funeral Home in Tabor City. Graveside services will be held Tuesday at 11:00am in the Spivey Cemetery, Tabor City, NC.
