Uncle Andy Jarrell died at his daughter's, Mrs. Jacob (Melissa) Query, on last Friday night, August 25, at the age of 77 years.

He was a Christian man and was always found in his pew when it was possible for him to do so. He was buried in the Cynthiana cemetery Sunday, August 27, at 2 p.m. D. B. Wilson & Son, funeral directors.

Married Eliza Ann Fisher of Kentucky on October 3, 1841 in Shelby County, Indiana.
