Dana Lynn Lewis, age 42, of Fleming Avenue, Morehead, Ky., passed away Saturday, August 3, 2013, at St. Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead.

Born August 9, 1970, in Bexar County, Texas, Dana is the beloved daughter of Danny and Sherry Lewis also of Morehead, Kentucky.

Dana was a graduate of Rowan County High School and a former telecommunications technician. She enjoyed horseback riding, sunbathing, and listening to music.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Earl and Juanita Sargent Lewis; maternal grandparents, Lester and Phoebe Adkins Lewis; and special maternal great grandmother, Beulah Lewis.

Besides her parents, Dana is survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family members. In addition to her family, Dana had great love for Tesla and Gracie, her dogs, and Tucker, her cat. Dana's memory will continue to provide blessings to all who knew her.

Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Wednesday, August 7, 2013, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel, with Ray White officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.

Visitation is from 5 until 9 p.m. Tuesday, August 6, 2013, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals in Morehead.

Pallbearers will be Nathan Brown, Lincoln Brown, Wayne Brown, J. R. Ruth, Rodney Lindon, Tony Glover, Howard McVey, and Brian Hood.
