CLARKSBURG: Mrs. Edith Estelle Eskew Rosser, 73, passed away Friday, November 7 at her home.
Funeral services were conducted on Sunday, November 8 at 2:00 p.m. at the Chase Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Billy Ringold and Bro. Martin Klamm officiating. Burial followed in the Sellers Hill Cemtery.
Mrs. Rosser was born February 3, 1930 in Carroll County to the late David Homer and Lucy Elizabeth "Bessie" Dill Eskew.
She was a retired cook for the Clarksburg School and a member of the Clarksburg Church of Christ.
She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Martin Eskew and Carlos Eskew.
Survivors include her husband of 56 years, James Rosser; one daughter, Beth Garrott of Nashville; one son, Steve Rosser of Clarksburg; two sisters, Leona Chandler and Ruth Bennett; two brothers, James Eskew and Ray Eskew, all of Huntingdon, TN and five grandchildren.
