Herbert Cudd built many neighborhoods in River Falls WI for four decades. He began his home building business in 1950 and developed some of the better sections of River Falls. He was particularly committed to planting trees in his developments, and the spectacular foliage remains as living tribute to his career.
Cudd was a former president of the River Falls Area Chamber of Commerce and a longtime member of the River Falls Lions Club. He was also a civic activist, devoting his time to numberous charitable organizations.
Cudd is survived by his wife Constance, a son and daughter, five brothers, three sisters, five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
