Frances Marie (Zinsmeyer) Bourquin was born on September 17, 1928 in San Antonio, Texas to Frank Joseph and Mary Emilia (Ahr) Zinsmeyer. She was the valedictorian of St. Louis Catholic High School class of 1945. She fought a long battle with Rheumatoid Arthritis. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Frank Bourquin; grandson, Johnny Hawes and brother, Fernand Zinsmeyer.
