PRENTISS - Services were held today at Saulters-Moore Funeral Home in Prentiss for Jewell B. Brinson, 63, of Prentiss, who died Jan. 5, 2005, at King Daughters Medical Center in Brookhaven.
Burial was in Mount Zion Methodist Church Cemetery.
Mrs. Brinson was retired from the Covington County Schools and was a member of Lone Star Methodist Church.
Survivors include her husband, A.W. Brinson of Prentiss; a son, Greg Brinson of Brookhaven; a daughter, Gia McPhail of Lone Star; her mother and stepfather, Hazel B. and Will McCraw of Bassfield; a sister, Karen Weldy of Hattiesburg; two brothers, Buddy Bullock of Bassfield and Ricky Bullock of Nashville, Tenn.; and four grandchildren.
