Ms. Arnold was dead on arrival at Livingston Regional Hospital on Monday, Sept. 14, 1998.
She was born on March 7, 1973, in Paget, Bermuda to Sheila Dockery Maxwell of Cookeville and Frank C. Favia of Florida. Ms. Arnold was a self-employed domestic engineer. She was a member of Lillys Chapel Free Will Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, her family also includes her adopted father, Douglas Maxwell Sr. of Cookeville; two daughters, Jasmyn K. and Bethany R. Arnold, both of New York; two sisters, Amanda L. Hancock of Cookeville and Tara J. Neal of Crossville; a brother, Frank C. Maxwell of Cookeville; her fiancee, Bobby Bowmer of Cookeville; her grandfather, William Aleschus of Cookeville; and two grandmothers, Beatrice Dockery and Lola Maxwell, both of Cookeville.
Bro. Gary Norton will officiate at the services.
