Town of Norway - Richard A. Chrisman, Sr., 69, of Cold Brook, died on March 28, 2008 at St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Utica. Mr. Chrisman was born in Little Falls on November 28, 1938, a son of the late Herbert and Elaine (Landers) Chrisman.
He was united in marriage with the former Irene M. Graves on November 8, 1963 at the Community Baptist Church, Poland.
Survivors besides his wife of 44 years, Irene, include one son, Richard, Jr. and his wife, Donna of Cold Brook; two daughters, Cindy Davis and her husband, Edward, of Poland and Debbie Taylor and her husband, Jim, of the Town of Ohio; two sisters, Lynda Robinson and Shirley Holdridge, both of Utica; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; his mother-in-law, Eva Graves of Cold Brook; a sister-in-law Gloria Chrisman of Utica; many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a son, Roy and a brother, William.
Interment will take place in the spring in Fairview Cemetery, Town of Norway.
