Justin is survived by his mother and step-father, Sheri (Ron) Malone of Springboro, his father, Scott (Kathy Bohman) Blackburn of Lebanon, sisters, Jennifer and Rebecca Blackburn of Springboro, step-sister Seanna Bohman, step-brothers Michael Bohman, Tom Malone, Barry Malone, Jym Malone and Gary Malone, maternal grandmother Hilda Hosket of Springboro, paternal grandparents Lee Combess of Centerville and Harry (Nell) Blackburn of Wilmington.
