Obituary from the Edwardsville Intelligencer, Edwardsville, Madison County, Illinois, Thursday, August 24, 1972:
  Woodrow H. Lamb, 53, 1402 Grand Ave., died at 1:15 p.m. Wednesday in Deaconess Hospital in St. Louis after an illness.
  Mr. Lamb was employed as an operational foreman at Shell Oil Co.
  He was born on Nov. 7, 1918, in Worden. He is survived by his father, Grover Lamb of Modesto, Calif. His mother was the late Mayme Hoxsey Wisnasky.
  Mr. Lamb is survived by his wife, the former Rose Ella Edwards, to whom he was married on July 11, 1967.
  He was preceded in death by his first wife, Lorraine Phillips Lamb, in 1963.
  Also surviving are a stepdaughter, Mrs. Robert (Rose Mary) Jurgena of Edwardsville, a brother, Miles Lamb, of Worden, and a half-brother, Cleve Lamb of Modesto, Calif.
  Mr. Lamb was a member of St. John's Methodist Church and Edwardsville Moose Lodge 1561.
  Friends may call after 6 p.m. today at the Pletcher Funeral Home.
  Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in the funeral home, with the Rev. Robert Treat officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery.
