Daughter of the late Phillip D. and Martha Moore Underwood, she was the widow of Robert Eugene Belch. She was a member of Wakelon Baptist Church. She was retired from Lea Lumber Company in Windsor, NC. She was survived by her daughters, Trudy B. Jones (Dale) and Traci B. White (Jim); son, Danny R. Belch (Cora Lee); sister, Phyllis U. Bryant (W.C.); brothers, Jerry Underwood (Cathy) and Arnold Underwood (Linda); grandchildren, Ashley Rebecca Jones, Danielle Lee Belch, James Douglas Bostick, Chase Curtis White and Brook Elizabeth White; and an extended family of relatives and friends. Her funeral was held on August 1, 2013, with The Rev. Robert Johnson officiating.
