Mrs. Marsha L. Armes Jackson, age 62 of Wartburg, went home to be with the Lord, Wednesday, July 31, 2013 at the Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge. She was a member of Armes Chapel Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her parents: Cordell and Eriva Keathley Armes, Son: Ruley Matthew Jackson and Grandson: Joseph Jackson. She is survived by Sons: Troy "Buddy" Lee Jackson of Lancing and Robert "Bucky" Cordell Jackson of Coalfield, Grand children Josh Jackson, Robert Austin Jackson, Matthew Hunter Jackson, Alissa Thompson, Chelsie Jackson and Bethany Jackson Brothers: Steve, Jack, John, Paul, Roger and Jeff all of Wartburg and Borlin of Nashville Sisters: Vivian Beaver of Harriman, Mildred Carroll, Bonnie Armes, Sherry Carroll, Ava Byrge, Beverly Beasley all of Wartburg and Pam Bunch of Coalfield. The family will receive friends Thursday, August 1, 2013 from 6:00 to 8:00pm at Schubert Funeral Home Wartburg. Funeral Services will be Friday, August 2, 2013 at 1:00 PM at Armes Chapel Baptist Church with Rev. Tommy McCool officiating. The body will lie in state from One hour before service. Interment will follow in the Armes Chapel Cemetery.
