She was a native of Plainfield, N.J. and was the daughter of Margaret Marie Kienzle and Charles Edward Kienzle.
Mrs. Glennon was a graduate of the Katharine Gibbs School in New York.
She was a loving and devoted daughter, wife and mother.
She was pre-deceased by her husband Joseph P. Glennon and her son Joseph P. Glennon Jr.
She is survived by her son Raymond C. Glennon of Raleigh as well as her grandson Jay Glennon and his wife Lindsay and granddaughter Kelly Patton and her husband Jason.
