Kenneth Paul Rackley, 43, of Jacksonville died Thursday, June 25, 2009. He was born July 13, 1965 in Little Rock to the late Elbert James and Jo Ann Oglesby Rackley. Kenneth was of the Christian faith and values.
He worked for the City of Jacksonville. He loved hunting, fishing and gardening.
Survivors included his wife of nineteen years, Jennifer Rackley, children; Brittney Bradshaw and her husband Tommy of Jacksonville, and Tim Rackley of Jacksonville, brothers; Jimmy Rackley of Hot Springs, Donald Rackley of Little Rock, and DeWayne Warner of Bauxite, and a host of relatives and friends.
Memorial services will be 2:00 p.m., Sunday, June 28, 2009 at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home Chapel. Brother Kevin Cole and Brother Randy Watkins will officiate.
