Buddrius: George Wendell Buddrius, 87, died Nov 13, 2005 in Albuquerque, NM. He graduated from Marlin High School and joined the US Coast Guard shortly before WW II. He married Wilma Wilcox in Marlin on June 10, 1946. Entombment is at Sunset Memorial Park in Albuquerque, NM. He is survived by his wife, two step-brothers, Robert of Leavenworth and Victor of Blanchard, ID; four daughters and their families: Lorelei Bintz, of Albuquerque; Lavona Mason, of Aken, SC; Deborah Jackson, of Albuquerque; and Brenda Sanchez of Albuquerque; 7 grandchildren and 2 step-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, the Rev Paul Buddrius of Santa Fe, NM, two sisters and several step-brothers and step-sisters. (notes from Odessa Record: 12-15-2005)
