Paul Ruminsky, 93, of Amherst, Ohio passed away on Monday, July 29, 2013 after a six month battle with lung cancer. He was born in Lorain, Ohio on September 8, 1919 and graduated from Lorain High School in 1938.
He is survived by his wife, Doris, to whom he was married 70 years; a son Robert (Kris); daughters Jean Wingate and Judy (Charles) Ingersoll; four grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
A memorial gathering for family and friends will be held on Monday, August 5, 2013 at 11 a.m. at the St. George's Chapel, 763 Milan Avenue, Amherst, Ohio, with burial to follow at the Brownhelm Cemetery in Vermilion.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society or a charity of your choosing.
