He was born September 11, 1949 in Estill County and was the son of the late Junice Boyd and Sadie White Jordan. He was a former employee of Carhartt, Inc. and the Estill County School System. He attended the Sandhill Christian Church and had lived in Estill County all of his life. He is survived by:
