Chapel Church of God. The Rev. Curtis Robinson officiated, burial was in Smellage Cemetery. Whitson Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
He was a retired farmer of the Herren's Chapel Community.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Mary Lee Medley, Rt. 1, Silver Point; a daughter Mrs. O. D. Roberts, Rt. 1, Silver Point, TN, a son Edward Medley, Seaford, Delaware; 12 grandchildren and 18 greatgrandchildren.
