Funeral services were held yesterday for William M. "Billy" Carr, 74, Rt. 1, Cookeville, at the Whitson Funeral Home. The Rev. Dow Ensor and the Rev. J. A. Harris officiated. Burial was in the Smellage Cemetery, Boma.
Mr. Carr is survived by his widow, Mrs. Mary Frances Carr, Cookeville; three children, Clarence Warren Carr of Warren, MI and Mrs. Johnnie Chandler, Detroit, MI and Mrs. Imogene Buckner, Cookeville, and six grandchildren.
