RED BOILING SPRINGS: James Denton Carr, 88, of Red Boiling Springs, Rt. 4, died May 1 after a brief illness. He was a native of Putnam County and the son of Zebedee Carr and Mary Kinniard.
Funeral services were held Thursday at 2:00 in the Chapel of Baxter Funeral Home with Wesley Henry officiating. Burial was in Smellage Cemetery.
Mr. Carr is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Glimma Fisher of Red Boiling Springs; 16 grandchildren, 24 great
grandchildren and a great great grandchild.
