Bernard V. Bussing

Bernard Vincent Bussing, 73 of Brazil passed away peacefully in his home in North Ft. Myers, Florida on April 24, 2008 at 2:20 A.M. after a long battle with cancer.

He was born September 30, 1934 in Brazil, the son of Raymond "Si" Bussing and Marjorie Fisher Bussing

He graduated from Brazil High School in 1952.

He worked as a truck driver most of his life. He retired in North Ft. Myers, Florida with his wife Ruth Bussing.

He was proceeded in death by his parents and brother Richard "Dink" Bussing.

He is survived by his wife Ruth Bussing, daughter Cindy and son-in-law Robert Horton, 2 grandsons, Chad and Cameron Horton, 3 brothers Raymond, Thomas, and David Bussing and 2 sisters Joan Bussing and Margaret Dome, 2 step sons, Joe Mills and his wife Mandy, and John Mills and his wife Jill, 4 step grandchildren, Sara, Derek, Jade, and Jordan, along with several nieces and nephews.


Funeral Information
A funeral mass will be held at Annunciation Catholic Church on Tuesday April 29 at 11:00 A.M. Burial will be at Calcutta Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Lawson Miller Chapel, 1702 E. National Ave., Brazil, on Monday April 28, from 4:00 - 7:30 P.M. with a Rosary from 7:30- 8:00 P.M.
