Timothy E. Ball 42, of Jasonville, IN passed away Saturday, July 30th, 2005 at his residence. He was born to Arthur "Toad" and Shirley (Wright) Ball in Martinsville, IN. He was a heavy equipment & construction operator with Red Top Rental of Indianapolis. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church of Linton. Sons of the American Legion Post #22, Loyal Order of the Moose #1434 both of Linton and Union Operating Engineers Local #841. Surviving is his wife Connie L. (Barber) Ball, one son Nathan Ball of Linton, one step-son Jeffrey Martin of Greenwood, IN and two step-daughters, Jennifer Martin and Marissa McQueary both of Clay City. He is also survived by three brothers, Mickey Ball, Odus Ball and Ted "TJ" Ball all of Linton, IN and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by one brother Terry Ball. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association with envelopes available at the funeral home. Warren Shake will officiate with burial to follow in Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Lyons, IN
