George C. Parkhurst died at 6:15p.m. yesterday at his home, 19 East Harrison St. He was born in Ketchums Corners May 15, 1886 and lived here 14 years. He was a carpenter.
Surviving are his wife; a daughter, Mrs. Lester S. Ainsworth; a granddaughter, Lois Dianne Ainsworth; his mother, Mrs. Eliza Parkhurst; one sister, Mrs. George E. Armstrong; two brothers, Aisel W. and William L. Parkhurst, and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the Kark Funeral Home. The Rev. George A. Brock, pastor of the Congregational Church, will officiate and burial will be in Greenridge Cemetery. The funeral home will be open from 7 to 9 tonight
and Thursday night.
