RITES HELD SUNDAY FOR MRS. AMANDA JANE YOUNG
Funeral services for Mrs. Amanda Jane Young were held at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Jessie Williamson, rural route 1, Shirley, Sunday morning at 10 o’clock. Interment was made in Asbury cemetery, near Morristown.
The death of Mrs. Young occurred at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Williamson, Thursday evening. She was eighty-six years old. Mrs. Young spent the greater part of her life at Morristown.
Four daughters, Mrs. Bessie Woolridge, of Illinois; Mrs. Alice Hackleman, of Anderson; Mrs. Marie Sitton, of Maxwell; Mrs. Doris Orr, Mansfield, Ohio; three sons, Gus and Wayne Young, of Indianapolis; Charles H. Young, f Shirley; a sister, Mrs. Cora Cobble, of Shelbyville, fifteen grandchildren and five great-grandchildren, survive.
