Jeremy was born April 9, 1991, in Oak Harbor, Washington, the son of Kelly Clark and Lisa Richard Glidewell.
He graduated from WaterlooWest High School in 2010.
Jeremy is survived by his father Kelly Clark and his wife Kortney of Waterloo; mother Lisa Richard Glidewell and her husband Tom of Canyon Lake, Texas; brother Brandon Clark of Austin, Texas; brother Nathan Glidewell of Canyon Lake, Texas; two step sisters Gabbriel and Santana; grandmother Sharon Clark of Waterloo; grandfather George Clark and his wife Carol of Evansdale, Iowa; grandparents Ken and Barb Richard of Seguin, Texas; grandmothers Cam Glidewell and Carol Glidewell; great-grandmother Bev Baish of Waterloo; great aunt Sue Kent; several cousins, aunts and uncles; and his dog Serjo.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather Jerry Glidewell; uncles Randy Clark and Brian Glidewell and cousin Cody Hersey.
