Eldred Bentley
Eldred Bentley, of Conewango Valley, died Sunday evening, of pneumonia, 88 years. Mr. Bentley was born in Fitchburg, Mass., and came to this state with his parents when 4 years old, and has lived the most of his life in Conewango Valley, and was a highly respected citizen. Besides the widow, he leaves six sons, Lorenzo, of Conewango Valley, Albert, of Cherry Creek, Emory, of Balston, C. Z. of Chicago, Grant, of Jamestown, and Sherman, of New York.
The funeral was held from the late home Thursday afternoon, at 2 o'clock, Rev. Swanson of Leon, officiating. Interment in Clear Creek Cemetery.
