Sharon Lyn Hodge, 51, of Oak Ridge North, Texas passed away Saturday in Houston, she was born December 7, 1950, in Galveston, Texas to Wesley and Jean Hicks. Sharon and her husband owned Hodge's Food Basket in Oak Ridge North and she was a member of the Church of Christ.
She is survived by her husband David Hodge and children; Janet Fitzgerald, John Hodge, Jr., Jaclyn Hodge; son-in-law Bert Fitzgerald, daughter-in-law Donna Hodge; grandchildren Bert Fitzgerald, Jr., Aaron Fitzgerald, Jacob . Fitzgerald, Jenna Fitzgerald and Brianna Hodge, mother Jean Hicks, sister Linda Garcia, brothers Billy,
Bobby and Johnny Hicks along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday October 29, 2002, at James Crowder Funeral Home in Dickinson, Texas with James Sloan officiating and interment following at -
Grace Memorial Park in Hitchcock; visitation will be Monday evening from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m.
Pallbearers will be Billy Hicks,. Jerry Hodge, Bobby Hicks, Wayne Hodge, Tommy Garcia and Rickey Green with Honorary pallbearers being Johnny Angel and Paul Henderson.
