shows --William Eustis, son of Jacob and Sarah Palmer Kingsbury b. Detroit, 11-1-1809; and says he died in Norwich, Conn. 10-4-1887, and unmarried. I believe he is confused with the son of William E. who was also William E. Kingsbury b. about 1836 in Erie PA...he was Captain William E. Kingsbury, Eleventh United States Infantry, died on Tuesday-Oct 4, 1887 at Norwich, aged 51 y. Captain William E. Kingsbury also has a death notice/obit at the Erie library on 10/17/1887. Captain was a mason as was his mothers 2nd husband Plato Hayward.
